RSTU002 start as frames, not eggs. You can find the frames in your inventory. When you use a frame, you have to have creatu in the Graveyard with a name. It takes the soul of the creatu and puts into the RSTU002 along with the creatu's name. But it does not take the creatu's color as it is only available in all dye colors except Gold. As it comes from Uldavi, it can be dyed Uldavian. An RSTU002 creatu only has one stage meaning it does not change with age and does not need to feed or be fed.
